By engaging JB Smart Solutions for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between JB Smart Solutions ("we", "us") and the client ("you") for all projects and subscriptions.
We provide custom software development services including but not limited to:
Estimated delivery timelines are provided after the initial consultation and are based on project scope. Standard delivery is 1 to 2 weeks from project confirmation. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of requirements and client response times during the review process.
Delivery is considered complete when the system is deployed and the client has been trained on its use.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice via email. Upon cancellation, you retain full ownership of your system and all data stored in your database. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Upon full payment, the client owns the custom system delivered for their business. JB Smart Solutions retains the right to use general techniques, patterns, and know-how developed during the project for future work with other clients.
JB Smart Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
